Weber Marinated Chicken

½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp pepper

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.  Refrigerate overnight; turn occasionally.


Use marinade to baste chicken while cooking.
